The National Counterterrorism Center [NCTC] has posted its 2008 NCTC Report on Terrorism.
The State Department has posted their newest "Country Reports on Terrorism" annual report. This series replaced the former "Patterns of Global Terrorism" report in 2004. The 2008 report is available at http://www.state.gov/s/ct/rls/crt/2008/index.htm
