Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China - 2011

Pursuant to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 and amended by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010, the Pentagon is required to produce an "Annual Report on Military and Security Developments Involving the People's Republic of China."  It formerly called the " Annual Report to Congress: Military Power of the People's Republic of China."
