DOD released their latest quarterly report on the situation in Iraq.
The September 2008 version of the "Measuring Stability and Security in
Iraq
" report is now available at

production and export of oil; oil revenue; average electricity demand
and production; average daily hours of electrical power by Province;

Security Forces numbers and more

These reports to Congress are issued in accordance with the Department
