The Defense Science Board (DSB) has released a new report on Buying Commercial. The report from the DSB Task Force on Integrating Commercial Systems into the DoD, Effectively and Efficiently is entitled Buying Commercial: Gaining the Cost/Schedule Benefits for Defense Systems
